3. Payment Schedule:
Customers are required to follow a two-part payment schedule. The first half of the payment, which is the non-refundable deposit, must be made before the services are provided. This deposit secures the booking and enables us to allocate the necessary resources and time for the customer's request. The remaining half of the payment is due after the services have been provided.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit:
The deposit made by the customer is non-refundable. In the event that the customer decides to cancel or does not proceed with the services after making the deposit, the amount paid will not be returned. This policy is in place to ensure that we can manage our resources efficiently and fairly compensate for the time reserved for the customer's request.
5. Refund Policy (48 Hours Grace Period):
Customers have the right to request a refund for the second half of the payment within 48 hours after the services have been completed. If the customer is unsatisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund for the second payment, but not for the non-refundable deposit.
6. Service Cancellation after 48 Hours:
After the grace period of 48 hours, services become non-refundable. If the customer chooses to cancel the services or is unsatisfied with the services provided after the 48-hour grace period, they will not be eligible for a refund.
7. Booking Modifications:
In case the customer wishes to modify the booking or reschedule the service, they must inform us within a reasonable time frame before the scheduled appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests, but the deposit remains non-refundable, even if the booking is modified or rescheduled.
